New students can book a free 30-minute private session to help you feel comfortable and ready to start.

With forty five years of experience in the Iyengar tradition, I focus on proper alignment and the quiet focus that comes with moving mindfully. Whether you are managing the changes of an aging body or just want to move more easily, you will find a welcoming space in my Felton studio or through my live Zoom classes.

Classes & Pricing

Zoom class fees:



$15 for one class

s$88 for 8 classes ($11 per class & 4 months to use)

$160 for 16 classes ($10 per class & 6 months to use)


In-Person Class fees:


$20 for a drop-in class

$108 for 6 classes ($18 per class & 2 months to use)

$180 for 12 classes ($15 per class & 4 months to use)

Supportive Yoga for Beginners and Injury Recovery

I believe yoga is for every body, whether you're a competitive athlete or navigating the changes that come with age. My teaching focuses on a deep understanding of how the body moves to help you find balance both in class and in your daily life. To help you get started, I offer all new students a free 30-minute private session. We’ll talk about your specific needs and go over the basics together, so you feel completely comfortable whether you join us online or in person.
