My classes are held in a dedicated studio in Felton, where we gather in small groups to really dive into the details of Hatha Yoga. These smaller sessions mean you get the personal attention and adjustments you need in a space that feels more like a community than a gym. To help keep your body feeling its best, we use tools like Melt Method balls to hydrate fascia, Yamuna Body Rolling for better circulation, and soft rollers to help decompress your joints. It is a practice designed to be just as restorative as it is strengthening.

I will help you look inward to see how your physical structure, your breath, and your mind all work together. We move through poses with precision and purpose, drawing on the wisdom of Feldenkrais’ Awareness Through Movement to find a sense of balance that lasts long after you leave the mat.
