We often use specialized tools like Melt Method balls to help your connective tissue and soft rollers to relieve joint pressure. Simple Scheduling and Getting Started
It is easy to fit yoga into your week with morning classes on Wednesdays, Fridays, and Saturdays, plus evening sessions on Mondays and Thursdays. If you are new to my classes, I offer a free 30-minute private session to help you get comfortable with the online setup. Single classes are $15, and I offer packages of 8 or 16 classes if you are ready to make yoga a regular part of your life.
