Vineyard Yoga is returning: New dates for our outdoor practice coming soon

I am currently preparing for our next season of yoga in the vineyards. My teaching is rooted in forty five years of Iyengar study and focuses on building a deep awareness of how your body and breath work together. I will be sharing the new dates with you very soon. These sessions are open to everyone regardless of your experience or ability, providing a welcoming space for us to move and find some balance together in the fresh air.
